We are excited to be partnering with Juan Lepe of Roasted Peppers.This American bistro has strong Latin influences. Our Chef will show us the techniques used to create a few of their signature dishes which our members can then make at home.
We will start with Guacamole with corn and plantain chips. Next a demonstration of Chipotle cornmeal crusted salmon w/cilantro mashed potato, tomato coulis and sautéed baby spinach and finally a roasted jalapeno brownie w/ coconut ice cream.
Remember that this is a tasting class so the portions are a bit smaller than the ones on their menu.
