Classic Food with a Twist

Join RNNC member Fiona Dogan as she opens up her beautiful home for an evening of cooking demonstrations of classic comfort food.
Chef Michael Rivers will prepare some delicious, savory dishes, but with a twist all his own as well as perfect accompanying winter sides.
Feel free to pick his brain with your own cooking questions and dilemmas during the demonstration and enjoy the fruits of his labor afterwards with the other guests.
Mike Rivers is a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) - trained chef who has worked as a chef in fabulous restaurants such as Canastel's, Park Avenue, NYC, Top of the Six's, 5th Avenue, NYC, and East City Grill in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Mike has spent the last twelve years as a private chef, caterer and instructor.
- This is a first come, first serve event and there is room for just 10 guests. The price includes the presentation, meal, wine and recipes.
